Your child’s education shouldsupport who they are — not force them into a systemthat doesn’t fit.
Your child deserves to learn in a way thatfits them.
Children are individuals.
Children are curious.
Rigid systems and expectations limit curiosity. Mandy helps parents tap into their child’s innate drive to discover. Even if your child claims to “hate” learning, even if they have lost connection with who they are- it’s not too late. (It’s never too late to find your way back to curiosity!)
Children need connection and safety.
Before academics, children need to feel secure, seen, and connected. Mandy’s motto is, “Connection before curriculum.” She lives and mentors by this core value.

Supporting families across the US- and beyond!
Replace anxiety and worry withvision and hope.
No matter what led you to Mandy, she’s ready to meet you exactly where you’re at.
“We’ve tried everything, and nothing seems to work.”
If you’ve already sacrificed time, energy and sanity through trial and error, you’re not alone.
“My child is bored. I worry they aren’t meeting their potential.”
If a traditional school environment is holding your child back, it may be time for more meaningful learning opportunities.
“I’m excited about homeschooling, but I don’t know where to start.”
“School has become stressful for our family.”
Maybe your child can’t manage the stress of school — or maybe you can’t manage the stress school has created for your family.
“I’m worried my child will miss out.”
When your child is missing out on so much while in school, it’s time to find a fresh approach
Mentorship through every stage of education’s challenges.
When big feelings seem to be a part of every new exploration, the early years can feel full of frustration. Is navigating early learning leaving you exhausted?
Re-prioritizing parenting goals and continuous connection can be vital here.
School resulting in sensory overload & transition anxiety?
Gentler pacing, co-regulation, and adjusted adult expectation may be the answer.
Hormones, social pressure, and higer academic expectations have your child AND you feeling overwhelmed?
Re-connecting to one’s self, discovering interests, and stepping away from academic stressors can make a huge positive impact.
Lost in a sea of worry around the expectations of graduation and impending adulthood?
School Avoidance?
Mandy has a plan for that.
School refusal can feel scary, isolating, and confusing for a parent. You're not alone and it's not your fault.

Triage
For some kids, school is a “can’t” not a “won’t”. When the demands of school become too much, we work through what is immediately needed and address it.

Deschooling
This is the decompression phase, with no academic pressure. The goal is to help the child recover, rebuild a sense of safety, and reconnect with themselves at their own pace.

Unschooling
With a focus on curiosity, connection, and learning through a supportive, low-pressure environment, learning becomes a delight, not a source of trauma. Academics are introduced gently, only when the child is ready and able to engage- and even then the process might look very different from typical schoolnig.
Your child is unique. Your questions may not be.
